Reservations

How can I see my reservation?

At the time you make the reservation you will receive an email of confirmation with all the information regarding the booking. If you do not receive such confirmation you can request a duplicate writing us at info@livingvalencia.com

What is the time of check in and check out?

The entrance is guarantedd from 16:00. Regarding the check out it depends on the apartment booked, please see the relative information on each apartmen’s form to meet it.

Can I arrive before?

If your apartment is ready, yes. Please call us when you know your approximate time of arrival.

Can I leave the apartment later?

If there ara no customers arriving the day of your departure, yes. Ask us on your arrival day.

How do I collect the keys?

Before your arrival in Valencia, you must communicate us your estimated time of arrival in Valencia via the phone number listed on the booking confirmation emailed to you.

The day of your arrival, depending on the means of transport used you must follow these instructions:

Once you have landed and before leaving the airport, please call the contact number provided in the confirmation of your reservation, to confirm us the time of entry into the apartment.

  • Instructions for arrival by other means:

Una hora antes de su llegada, por favor llame al teléfono de contacto facilitado en la confirmación de su reserva, para confirmar la hora de entrada en el apartamento.

One hour prior to your arrival, please call the contact number provided in the confirmation of your reservation, to confirm us the time of entry into the apartment.

Arrivals after 20h00 are subject to an extra cost. Please look at each apartment’s form to know the amount of this extra cost.

What do I need for the check in?

It requires the  presentation of an identity card or passport and completing the reservation conditions indicating a credit card as guarantee, that will not be debited.

Is it necessary to give my credit card number?

Yes, it is essential to make the reservation. It is needed as guarantee but it will not be debited.

Can I cancel my reservation? Does it cost something?

It depends on the apartment,  some have a cancellation fee. Please look at the special conditions of each apartment on its form.

Is there a minimum age to rent an apartment?

Yes, 18 years old.

Up to go what age children can stay for free?

Up to 8 years old.

Are the sheets and towels included?

Yes.

Can I request the daily cleaning of my apartment?

Yes. Please request information.

Is there Internet in the apartments?

It depends on the apartment. Please consult this information in the form for each apartment.

Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed - two beds)

It depends on availability.

Can I ask for an extra bed?

It depends on the apartment. Please consult this information in the form for each apartment or writing us at info@livingvalencia.com

Can I choose a room with a balcony or terrace?

It depends on availability. You can request information by e-mail atinfo@livingvalencia.com

Is there a lift?

It depends on the apartment. Please consult this information in the form for each apartment.

Is there air conditioning int the rooms? Does it work all year?

It depends on the apartment. Please consult this information in the form for each apartment.

Are the apartments adapted for the handicapped?

Depende del apartamento. Consúltelo en la ficha de cada apartamento.

Can you keep my luggage the day of my departure?

If the office is open on the day of your departure, yes.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9h00 to 190h00.

Transportation

Where can I park my car? What does it cost?

We have some parking spaces that are necessary to book in advance.

They cost 20€ a day.

If we had no parking available on the day asked, we will inform you the public parking nearby.

Where can I rent a car?

Do you offer shuttle service?

Yes, you can request information about it by e-mail at info@livingvalencia.com

Can I rent a bike?

Yes, you can request information about it by e-mail at info@livingvalencia.com

How can I get to the office of Living Valencia?

By car, direction the city center.

By subway, the nearest stop is Xàtiva.

As for bus, there are numerous lines stopping at the Town Hall Square (“Plaza del Ayuntamiento”).
