The management team of Living Valencia is formed by David Mas-Masiá and Arancha Mas-Masiá. Coming from a family with more than 100 years in the trade sector, they saw the possibility of promoting the rental of apartments for short stays in the city of Valencia, since this type of accommodation was only established on the coast.
Due to its experience in the wholesale and retail trade, the Management of the Company has always established as a priority the excellence in customer service, betting on a team of young people with good training and knowledge of languages, to promote the tourism project with new ideas.
At present the staff is formed by:
- With the growth of the company, the incorporation of Salomé Sánchez as head of the Customer Service Department and the Reservations Department, has meant a great added value for the company due to her knowledge of the sector, and also, for being able to offer the customer an exclusive and personalized service, allowing them to feel special.
- Faced with an already established and very competitive market, Living Valencia opted for technological development, and the incorporation of Sergio Quinzá has allowed the development of a Sales and Marketing Department, headed by the Management.
- And finally, our maintenance team led by Isabel Sepúlveda, a key part of our business growth, being cleanliness and transparency in the information, the main requirement of our customers.
